Woxgen is an AI-assisted studio that turns a raw screen recording into a polished demo video. You upload, the AI writes a narration script, synthesises voice-over audio, adds subtitles, and renders an HD video file you can download.

No. The default workflow is: upload, click render, download. If you want to tweak the timing, swap a voice, or freeze a frame, the timeline editor is there. If you don't, you don't have to touch it.

Yes. The free plan is permanently free, requires no credit card, and lets you fully test the product. You get up to 3 projects, 3 renders per month, and a small upload limit. Free renders include a watermark.

For a typical 60–120 second screen recording, end-to-end you can have a finished, narrated, subtitled HD video in under 5 minutes from upload to download.

Any common screen-recording format will work: MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV, AVI. We re-encode internally before processing.

Yes, and it depends on your plan. Per-video length is up to 5 minutes on Free, 10 minutes on Plus and Teams, and 20 minutes on Pro. The maximum file size is 500 MB per upload.

Right now Woxgen is built for screen recordings and product footage. We may add animation-only and audio-only modes in future; the current AI is tuned for visual product walkthroughs.

Our pipeline samples frames from your recording, sends them to a vision-capable language model, and asks it to describe what is happening on screen in clean, marketing-quality prose. You can edit any line in the timeline editor before rendering.

Every plan includes a curated library of natural-sounding neural voices in multiple accents (US English by default, additional languages on request). You can change the voice for the whole video or per segment.

Yes. Subtitles are generated from the final narration and synced automatically. You can toggle them on or off before rendering, and edit text inline if needed.

Sometimes. AI-generated narration is a starting point, not a final draft. The timeline editor exists precisely so you can fix a wrong word, tighten a sentence, or remove a segment in seconds. Always review before publishing.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged a pro-rated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your account is temporarily moved to the free tier and your projects remain intact. Update the payment method in settings and the original plan resumes at the next billing cycle.

Paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Because we offer a free tier specifically for evaluation, we ask that you test the product on free before purchasing. Limited exceptions (duplicate charge, unauthorised charge, prolonged outage) are listed in our Refund Policy.

Yes. GST-eligible invoices are generated for Indian customers at every billing cycle and are available in Settings → Billing.

Uploaded source files and rendered output are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Google Cloud Storage). They are tied to your account and never made public.

No. We do not use your uploads to train any third-party AI model. Frames are sent to the model for inference only, and we do not sell or share your content.

For as long as you keep the project in your account. When you delete a project, the source and rendered files are permanently removed from active storage within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days.

Passwords are stored as salted bcrypt hashes. Even if a database backup were somehow exposed, the raw password could not be recovered.

Yes. Once you have paid for a plan, you own the output and can use it for any commercial purpose: landing pages, ads, social media, sales decks, internal training.

The free plan includes a small Woxgen watermark in the corner of the rendered video. Paid plans (Plus, Teams, and Pro) render with no watermark.
